• Your firm logo will be displayed at the sponsored event
• Recognition from podium and identification of sponsored event
• Logo placed on signage within the registration area
• One free conference pass
• Your firm's name (along with logo and company description) will be listed in the conference program
• Your firm's promotional materials to be included in each conference attendee's registration packet
• Complete mailing lists of all conference attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 4 weeks prior to the conference
• Complete mailing lists of final attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 2 weeks after the conference
• A representative from those companies sponsoring either the luncheon or cocktail party will have an opportunity to thank attendees at the sponsored event
