soumya mohanty / Franklin Templeton 31 Oct 2011 2:35AM ET I do not agree to your point that this will make the order open as we are correcting a fill which is already done and rest of the quantity is already cancelled,and when u bust a fill there must be reason like you want to correct the qty or price and if the sales trader is getting the fills at a better price he can sent it but how does it make the cancelled order to be in open state?
