COMMON GLOBAL AUTHENTICATION STANDARD

I am interested to determine whether there is demand from people involved from a common authentication standard.
Various participants will have differing levels of knowledge about Identrus, but there is an opportunity to ease implementation issues as well as leverage the global policy, legal, operational, and technical framework of Identrus to the benefit of FIX members.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
