Sent investor info, operation commission (fees) and taxes

We are trying to establish which FIXML message will work best in the followin scenario. We need to update an operation with investor info (account name, account id, etc), operation commission (fees) and operation taxes. The message will flow from a trader to the exchange. Which FIXML message best suites this need?
