I heard that while sending status messages tag 150/151 are mandatory.. I like to know how status messages are generated if the client haven't asked one.. Also how are the tags 150/151 generated in the FIX log? I mean which level? application or server? and is it possible to add these tags into the FIX message by adding some conditions to the application?
