Tag 71 AllocTransType - Replaced 'New' value

In Appendix 6-F, "Replaced Features and Supported Approach", it is stated the value "1 = New" has been removed from tag 71, AllocTransType and replaced by the value "1 = Buyside Calculated (incl MiscFees and NetMoney). But in previous versions of FIX (4.2 and below), the valid value for 'New' is "0 = New". The value of "1" is "1 = Replace".

Is this a typo in the Fix 4.3 spec? Do they really mean that "0 = New" is the replaced field in Fix 4.3?
