I could not find any TIF values for Good Till Month and Good Till Week at

http://fixprotocol.org/FIXimate3.0/en/FIX.5.0SP2/tag59.html

You could use

59 = 6 (Good Till Date)
 
and specify the End of Month / Week in 126 (ExpireTime) or 432 (ExpireDate) depending on FIXVersion
