Fund Trader <-> Registry

I am looking to represent Orders from the Registry to the Fund Trader. Can this be accomplished in FIX?

btw - Registry is also known as Transfer Agency or Registrat. Fund Trader is also known as Fund Manager.

It looks like in the 2001 documentations it was deemed out of scope.

What are the last plans for CIVs?
