CME Market Data Sample App

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade an existing application that uses RLC to the new FIX/FAST protocol, and I'm developing in MS Visual Studio.
Does anyone have any tips for getting the CME C++ sample app (cplusplusdecoder) to build in the MSVS environment?
Any help is much appreciated!
