Eden Group Signs For The Thomson AutEx Network

Thomson Financial, an operating unit of The Thomson Corporation (TSX: TOC, NYSE: TOC) and leading provider of information and technology solutions to the worldwide financial community, today announced that Eden Group plc, the London Based stockbroker, has signed an agreement with Thomson AutEx, the industry's leading online real time FIX network and SolutionForge, the UK-based provider of financial Straight-Through Processing solutions. The agreement enables Eden to commence electronic trading with clients in response to the growing adoption of OMS amongst the buy side.

The agreement enables Eden to retain its current order management system, which was integrated with FIX Trading Technology from SolutionForge, together with global connectivity from Thomson AutEx. SolutionForge and Thomson Financial have a longstanding working relationship in the UK, which certifies the compatibility of their respective components to ensure the delivery of a scalable, turnkey solutions to the trading community.
