Portfolio transfert instruction

I am currently looking for a solution to build an FIXML instruction for cash transfer between 2 portfolios.
I'm thinking to use the tag TradeType = '3' in order to indicate that the instruction is a "Transfert"
but I actually do not know which tags to use in order to provide the "FROM" and "TO" portfolio codes.
Some indications or even a sample will be nice.
