Post reply: Add "Quote message" button

if I reply to a message in the forums, it would be nice if I could quote the message I am replying to. So I could better refer to the part of the message I am answering.
IMHO, this feature should be another button besides [Post message] and [Reset]. Quoting should *not* be done by default, since many people do not care about correct quoting nowadays, so this would increase the size of the reply without any real value.
