IBSN provides a FIX monitoring solution that meets your requirements.

iNtelliTrack is IBSN’s monitoring package which monitors application and connection health, tracks order flow, queues orders when connections go down, and provides order flow statistics.

iNtelliTrack provides user-configurable application monitoring and alert reporting. As application and session messages are passed between FIX engines, iNtelliTrack examines them to determine whether the individual message or the message chain meets any of the predefined alert criteria. If the alert criterion is met, iNtelliTrack sends audible and visual alerts. The system monitors connection status, message state, and errors. For example, alerts can be triggered from any application or session message, if message rates fall below or exceed set thresholds, or if acknowledgements take longer than a defined threshold.

iNtelliTrack also provides queuing capabilities. When a connection goes down, it will automatically queue outbound messages, releasing the queue when the connection is re-established. Users can also control connection status manually. Options include manually setting a destination to queue, queuing only new orders, manually releasing queues, or manually disconnecting a destination.

iNtelliTrack gives visibility to your order flow to aid in quickly extracting information and solving problems. It gives you complete access to locate orders based on destination, order ID, time of day, and other criteria. It keeps the historical chain of an order, so you can quickly locate the entire transaction, identify specific execution actions, and see the order state at every stage. The order state of the parent order changes dynamically as execution reports are returned from the destination. Additionally, iNtelliTrack provides tools to manage specific orders and to manually resend messages when necessary, even if the FIX engines on both sides have already acknowledged receipt of the message.

In addition to application message management, iNtelliTrack also stores and tracks connector status and FIX session level messages. This information is critical to operations personnel who are trying to track down and resolve daily customer communications issues.
