This would be good but is non-trivial

The forums hand messages off to Postfix for delivery, and Postfix doesn't make up a Message-ID until later in the process; it passes back only its internal queue ID. I'll look into either getting the Message-ID back from Postfix, or forcing one onto the message in the SMTP conversation.
