MarketDataRequest message missing from XSD definition?

It appears as if the MarketDataRequest message has been omitted from the 5.0SP1 and 5.0 XSD schema files. Is there any reason for this (ie. has it been replaced with something else)?
As far as I could see, the 5.0SP1 specification doesn't say anything about this message type having been deprecated..
