We are in the process of creating a separate discussion forum for Japan in which postings will be largely Japanese. This is necessary to facilitate the current efforts in Japan w/r/t defining and creating Japanese extensions to the specification.
We will attempt, in some way, to coordinate with the Japan group(s) and cross-post items which are relevant to the rest of the world.
Challenges of creating, maintaining an open and global standard....
