That is a good list but it does not tell you about FAST unless it is part of the feed name. Eurex and Xetra both use FAST but are called Enhanced Broadcast Solution. CME also uses FAST but is called CME FAST FIX.

Maybe NYSE will add a "Encoding" column (ASCII, FAST, Proprietary,...) one day...
