Use of Allocation for Non-giveup Purposes

The Allocation message as currently defined is designed to support an array of business functions including inter-exchange and cross-exchange giveups, cmta's, average pricing, exchange for physical and blocks.

Additional business processes can be supported through extending the use of the following allocation elements (please see the allocation proposal):
AllocType (transfer,cmta,efp,etc)
AllocPriceType (avg price)

Please post further enumerations of these elements for additional allocation types that will need to be supported.
