MarketSegmentGrp in Security Definition Request?

Hi!

I think that the MarketSegmentGrp component block should be added to the Security Definition Request.

I'm looking at the following use case of the message:
 - "Request a specific Security to be traded with the second party."

Since the Security Definition contains the MarketSegmentGrp (with MarketID, tick sizes etc) it would be nice if these values could be entered in the request (Security Definition Request).
