Yes, the tag numbers have been assigned for these fields as part of the impending service pack release. They are:

LastSwapPoints - 1071
LegLastForwardPoints - 1073
LegCalculatedCcyLastQty - 1074

The new FIX volumes 1-7 will be available in draft form by the end of September.
