Trade Capture id version field

We are having some discussion about the trade capture report and identifiers. Our trading system provides execution id, posting status and posting version as below.
e.g.
ex99,1,P ( post )
ex99,1,U ( unpost )
ex99,2,P ( repost )
ex99,2,U ( unpost )
ex99,3,P ( repost )
The burning qiestion of the moment is where do we capture the posting version? We need to identify the exeecution id's in isolation so simply concatenating execution and version isn't enough.
