FIXML Whitepaper on the web

I've posted a hypertext version of the XML/SGML workgroup's whitepaper on the FIX website at

The whitepaper outlines a proposal for an XML-based application message layer called FIXML. Comments and discussion are welcome in the workgroup's forum at

The XML workgroup is led by John Goeller of Salomon Smith Barney.
