Its seems to be a collection of standard elements and constructs to use in XML application documents (to be clear: this is not a software API style library).
It would seem like a good idea to register FIXML with this library and ensure the basic items like money, time, date, etc. were compatable.
This can be done because FIX is already a major standard in its own right and worthy of being more widely disseminated.
The question which needs to be answered is: How does FIXML relate to OFX (Open Financial Exchange) and OTP (Open Trading Protocol), which are already in the CBL - is there redundancy here???
