The NetScreen-5000 Series claims to support layer 4 flow processing. (www.netscreen.com)
SonicWall has something called SSL Accelerator Deployment Options including SSL One Port Proxy Configuration. The content switch is configured with both Layer 4 and Layer 5 rules. (www.sonicwall.com)
Foundry Network's ServerIron switches with Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1 can filter layer 4-7 traffic. (www.foundrynetworks.com)
