15 Nov 2007 4:32PM ETBoth AMEX and Arca offer automated FIX testing services that can be used to validate your implementation for communicating with those exchanges over FIX. You should contact your representative at these exchanges to get more information and arrange for a testing account.

For the NYSE, you can call the help desk at 1-866-873-7422 for information on certification.
TransactTools also offers a free, generalized testing service at http://www.openfix.net/ for all 4.X versions of FIX.
