Discussion group enhancements

It would be nice to be able to add or delete subscribers from the admin -> other -> discussions administrative screen. Right now you can see the subscribers but you can't add or remove them.

This would help when we want to use discussions for specific projects.

Also, it does not appear possible to keep a discussion group from becoming available on the www/fixprotocol.org/discuss/ page. Would be a benefit so that discussions could be restricted for internal use for specific projects.
