Your e-mail sounds like you have the document that describes the FIX4.1J as extensions of FIX4.1. As far as I know, that is the only document that exists and there is no "complete" FIX4.1 specification per se. I spoke in the past with a couple of members of Japan FPL who was involved in the creation of FIX4.1J specification and they also told me that FIX4.2 absorbed most (if not all) of the changes proposed in FIX4.1J.
