Within our development organization, it's not on the RADAR.

This may cause us some concern. First issue we would have is with our
development tools. The version of XMLSpy we have does not support Relax NG,
nor does our Java IDEs (WebSphere's and Borland's Integrated Development Environment), nor does our
XML code generation applications.

We see the W3C XML Schema specification as the primary standard for XML
syntax definition. We also see much of the tools we purchase and the open
source software that we use is built around the W3C XML Schema specification.
