ATDL v2.6.5 changes

Are there any docs available? The Spec draft doc still refers to the old release.

Specifically, at the moment, I'm unclear about the relationship between Parameter_t and Control_t.

It used to be that Parameters and StrategyPanels were mutually exclusive. But that's not the case anymore. So, if both are present, how should they be handled, given that Control_t.parameterRef is optional? (I see that a group of Parameters with no layout still validates).
