Certification with Exchanges

I'm interested in finding out anyone within the FIX community, who has done FIX certification with NYSE, AMEX and ARCA. I'm currently carrying out FIX certification with each of these exchanges and I've run into some trouble with our implementation of the gateway. I need to get some tips which will allow me to build a better FIX Gateway.
