Billy Ochoa Born and raised in Mexico City. After a couple of years, I became the Head of Economic Research for a Lobbying Firm, focusing mainly in Energy Programs for the Mexican government, specifically Oil, Gas and Electricity. Once at Santander I helped develop the Collateral Management Desk and some Valuation Models for the Asset Management department, introducing a number of variables that would help determine benchmarks and possible new investment areas.
