Jodi Abudarham, Director, Partner Exchange & Client Technology Management, CME Group
Jodi heads teams within CME Group that have two major areas of focus: Partner Exchange Account Management manages CME Group’s relationships with international and domestic partner exchanges, focused on defining market access and managing customer on boarding, as well as providing support for sales related to the partnerships in those regions. Client Technology Management manages customer systems’ impact analysis from a technical perspective, and manages the exchange’s customer systems and vendor communications. Jodi’s background is in risk management. She joined CME Group in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Clearing, Products & Services and Global Operations Divisions since that time. Jodi speaks conversational Spanish and is fluent in Hebrew. She has studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |

Mr. Araya brings a wealth of financial expertise coupled with 23 years of experience in Stock Exchange, last 13 years as CIO - Chief Information Officer and CTO - Chief Technological Officer at Santiago Stock Exchange. In this role, he works closely with clients in brokerage houses, mutual funds, capital markets and other related financial verticals, helping them solve their critical IT and business challenges using cutting edge technologies.
Mr. Araya is an Instructor Assistant Professor in a Master Information Technology program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Leader of the FIAB Task Force Technological committee, and Leader of the MILA Technological committee.
Developing advanced projects related to Trading Systems (Matching Engines, FIX Gateways and Market Data Distribution, DMA) and Post-Trading Systems (depository, clearing & settlement and CCP). Daniella joined the Jordan & Jordan London office in January 2006 and is currently the FIX Protocol Limited (FPL) Global Marketing and Communications Manager, responsible for leading the world-wide deployment of all of FPLs marketing and educational initiatives.
Daniella started her career as a marketing assistant for Cadbury Trebor Basset before becoming a consultant focused on marketing and customer driven initiatives for Deutsche Post Consult in Germany. Following this appointment, Daniella took a position in the city of London with J.P. Morgan where she worked within a variety of project management, communications and sales roles. Daniella holds a BSc Management and Administration Degree from Aston Business School, Birmingham, England. |

Alice Botis, Head of Latin American Business Development, Fidessa
Alice Botis is head of Latin American Business Development and Enterprise sales for Fidessa with responsibility for expanding the company's presence across the Americas and growing new business. Alice has been with Fidessa for eight years. Her past roles have included sales for the Hosted and Enterprise divisions as well as account management.
Prior to moving into this role at Fidessa, Alice was a VP at Citigroup for 10 years where she traded NASDAQ securities. She also worked as a Managing Director in transaction services for NASDAQ.
Alice graduated from Long Island University with a degree in marketing management and a minor in economics. She is a member of Securities Traders Association of New York and participates in many other financial industry groups. |

Jean Martin is Thomson Reuters Latam North Sales Manager. Being responsible for TR Financial Markets footprint, he has focused his efforts on leveraging Thomson Reuters vertical market data proposition in order to help financial players develop and strengthen their real time data application based business (Algo Trading, Position Keeping, Arbitrage, Risk Management). Prior to his current position, he has held other roles for Thomson Reuters in London, Madrid and Geneva, bringing risk and treasury management solutions to financial institutions.

Prior to this role, Courtney was involved in various engagements for Jordan & Jordan which have included conducting comprehensive market research to uncover opportunities in the financial marketplace and assisting in the selection of suitable technology solutions. She was also a lead trainer during a nationwide rollout of a branch office account executive workstation, demonstrating and assisting new users on the system. Carlos Hernandez, Head of Trading Technology, Interacciones
Carlos J. Hernandez is the head of trading technology at Interacciones Casa de Bolsa, a Mexican broker that caters to sophisticated investment firms seeking access to the Mexican market. He oversees the firm’s technological strategy and implementation of low-latency DMA and sponsored access to the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.
Previously he was a management consultant at NYSE Technologies in New York, implementing trading solutions based on Wombat Market Data technology and the TransactTools FIX gateway for clients in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, where he helped define the current FIX specification for the Mexican market. Carlos also has experience as a software engineer at EMC, NYU Medical Center and the U.S. Army Research Lab.

Marc Milgrom is a global business development and product manager for Bloomberg equity trading, including the Execution Management Solutions product suite. He has responsibility for real-time trading analytics, algorithm integration, and advanced trading functionality such as portfolio and pairs trading. His expertise spans trading system design and troubleshooting, global electronic and algorithmic execution, and transaction cost analysis across asset classes.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Milgrom worked for Goldman Sachs Electronic Trading in a variety of technology, algorithmic trading, sales and account management, and product development roles in the U.S. and Europe. In previous roles he was a programmer and consultant working on financial pricing applications and enterprise market data distribution systems. |
Milgrom earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and CFA Institute. |

From 1990 to 1992 I worked at Cifra (now Walmex) at the Finantial Planing Area.
In 1992 I started working at Accival as a trader assistant at the trading floor. I became a floor trader one year later and remain in that position until 1999. In that year I moved to the Risk area to create the infrastructure in order to control the risk of the equity positions of Banamex and Accival. After the Risk plan was done (2000), I entered the electronic trading area (AcciTrade) were I stood until 2002 when I moved to the Operations Area and went responsible for the equity and fixed income middle office. In 2006 I went back to the trading desk as responsible for the Fixed Income business. Since then I was made responsible for the Equity Trading and Securities Lending desks, until November of 2010, when I became responsible for all the Markets area that includes Equity Derivatives and Sales Trading. |

Mr. Fuentes grew up in México City, receiving his BS degree in Banking and Finance from the EBC University. He has also completed an MBA degree from UDLA University/ Universidad de las Americas. Mr. Fuentes has published several articles on financial topics, and participated as a panellist in several international forums on electronic trading in México.
As a Financial Specialist for the past 15 years, Mr. Fuentes has worked in the private sector, with experience in the Mexican banking system and the local stock market industry, supporting Sales for institutional clients, leading and managing projects to develop and implement DMA, Program, Algorithmic and High Frequency Trading applications, aiming to improve the electronic trading services accessible in México.
Currently Mr. Fuentes is working at Acciones y Valores Banamex, responsible for the Electronic Trading services offered to global and local institutional investors.
