You enjoy learning and/or you have already experienced working with different types of financial instruments. You are technically savvy and able to drive initiatives in written and oral form effectively with technical resources.

• Knowledge of electronic trading from the buy or sell side
• Solid working experience with the FIX protocol ( 3 – 5 years minimum )

Description:
GL TRADE is seeking a highly qualified Fix Protocol Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team based in Paris. He/she will define, implement and pilot the group’s strategy around all FIX based products and services within the Trading Business Line.
The candidate’s main responsibilities will be to:
• Identify industry trends around FIX and electronic trade execution and set the Group’s FIX strategy accordingly
• Act as GL TRADE’s FIX spokesperson within the FIX community, representing the company and its strategy at seminars, forums, and other industry related events.
• Interact with clients to review current product offerings and prioritize new features, enhancements and product development.
• Manage the development teams (Paris, near shore and regional development centers) and prepare product specifications.
• Manage the full implementation process and follow up from conception to delivery.
• Partner with buy and sell side clients and management to create product and business plans
• Guarantee the application of the FIX strategy throughout our development centres
