Experience:

- Development background or experience with basic programming logic and methodologies are required.
- Knowledge of Java or C programming languages is preferred.
- Experience with SQL scripting is preferred.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol preferred.
- Industry knowledge a plus.
- Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to communicate well across multiple departments is required to facilitate problem resolution and escalation of environment issues.
- Qualified candidates must be a quick learner and self sufficient.

Description:

- Customer Service Initiative – Ensure CSET remains committed to delivering outstanding customer service in each and every interaction with our customers – current and prospective, internal and external.
- Understand Globex architecture that would facilitate troubleshooting Cert and NR application, network and hardware issues.
- Thorough understanding of Autocert and Autocert+ applications and the ability to troubleshoot issues with the apps. Proficiency in manually certifying customers if needed.
- Ability to handle complex scenarios related to electronic trading and have the correct answer in the shortest timeframe possible consistently, Requires an understanding of programming logic and methodology, infrastructure, networking.
- Support FIX/FAST customers.
- Participate in and provide support for new initiatives.
- Provide support for Saturday application and environment checkouts.
- Represent the needs of our customers while promoting teamwork across departments and divisions.
- Strong emphasis on industry knowledge to ensure thorough understanding of all current and upcoming projects as they relate to business and trading.
