GFIC Business Practices Subcommittee – 2005 Goals

·        Make progress on use of FIX allocation and confirmation messages

o       Finalize business case

o       Finalize implementation guide

o       Validate that data content and message formats meet regulatory requirements

o       Provide additional documentation required to support the 10b-10 initiative

o       Determine next steps

 

·        Contribute fixed income expertise to FIX Global Derivatives Committee

o       Support Derivatives Business Practices with our knowledge of Treasury and interest rate futures

 

·        Find other new opportunities to leverage FIX 

o       Improve business process

o       Support market growth
