Yoichi Ishikawa Yoichi Ishikawa is one of the founding members of kabu.com Securities in 1999 where he is currently General Manager of kabu.comPTS. Kabu.com Securities is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (MUFG), one of the leading online brokers in Japan. Before joining kabu.com, Mr. Ishikawa worked for a subsidiary company of Hitachi for various positions in Technology. In July 2006, Mr. Ishikawa was involved in the establishment of Japan's first Proprietary Trading System (PTS), which was licensed by the Japanese Prime Minister and uses auction to set its prices, as does TSE. Kabu.comPTS uses Fix protocol to connect with participants, most of which are foreign securities firms. Mr. Ishikawa worked with strong enthusiasm to improve the efficiency of kabu.comPTS. As a result of well organized preparations for the upcoming launch of the TSE arrowhead, kabu.comPTS's liquidity has recently increased.
