Annie Walsh is a founding executive and global head of marketing for leading FIX technology provider CameronTec. As a member of its executive management team her mandate is worldwide, spanning both mature and emerging markets and directly addresses every tier of the FIX food chain, across an array of buy and sell side firms as well as exchanges and ECN’s.

She has lead global marketing for FIX technology companies for more than 10 years, initially as the marketing vision behind the global success of Cameron Systems and more recently as Chief Marketing Officer for parent company Orc Group.

Achievements include strategy and execution of a refocused, customer centric marketing, sales and rebranding initiative globally for Orc Software as well as the origination of all creative, commercial and technical positioning of Cameron Systems, which, within 5 years, would see it become the industry’s most widely installed FIX engine.

Annie’s qualifications and studies include Bachelor of Arts; Communications & Marketing, RMIT University, Graduate Diploma (Defamation), Media Law, Melbourne University, and Bachelor of Arts: Social Anthropology and General & Comparative Literature, Monash University.
