Real-time Electronic Exchange for FIX was developed by B2BITS for 2 main purposes:
first - to enable free-form testing of client’s FIX implementations;
second - as a training tool for traders.
REEF is a feature rich environment which uses the full potential of the FIX Protocol.


REEF offers clients such features as:
• Supports all versions of FIX protocol
• Works on matched order book basis
• Internal market making facility and simulated liquidity
• Supports all order types specified in the FIX protocol
• Multicasts IOIs, Quotes, News, Advertisements to all session initiators and redistributes received IOIs to all users.
• Available as online web-testing environment and stand alone customized testing application


Interaction with REEF is available through a FIX session and all results are constantly reflected in a GUI interface.
This testing environment shows the full potential of the FIX protocol.
REEF is provided to customers as a manageable service configured to simulate a specified end point (Exchange).
