An ATS focused on the anonymous matching of NYSE and Nasdaq Listed equities. Millennium resides within the NYFIX Marketplace and supports two order types,pass through and conditional. Pass through orders are exposed to the matching engine for milliseconds before being executed by Millennium or sent to the floor of the NYSE. Conditional orders allow users to rest within the system and intercept pass through orders as well as interact with other conditional orders. Conditional orders can be entered with a wide variety of execution criteria. All trades are executed on or within the NBBO, cleared by NYFIX Clearing Corporation (to preserve anonymity), and print on the NASDAQ Inter-Market Trading System.
