STEALTH ALGORITHM: Automates dark pool liquidity search in Millennium and other ATSs on the market, including pools not open to other, non-neutral providers. A smart strategy for working orders in the harder-to-trade names over a period of time.
STEALTH OPTIMIZER ALGORITHM: Maintains an order's exposure to the Millennium dark pool and others while proactively outbound routing a percentage of volume to trade in line with the market.
VWAP: a tactic that uses intelligent order placement (based on historical and real-time trading and market data) in an attempt to match the Volume Weighted Average Price.
TWAP: a tactic that evenly distributes the execution of an order over a user specified period randomizing and thus disguising order size therefore balancing adverse selection and market impact.
INLINE: a tactic that attempts to capture a user-defined percentage of market volume by dynamically altering aggressiveness and speed of trading based on real-time market activity.
CORPORATE BUYBACK: a tactic that will keep executions in compliance with SEC rule 10b-18 (safe harbor) as it pertains to corporate securities repurchase programs. Additional criteria are available to select maximum participation rate and approved end-time.
