Josh TolmanPresident

Since joining the company in 2005, Greenline Financial Technologies' President Josh Tolman has transformed the company into a leader in FIX Protocol and electronic trading technology solutions. Today, Greenline's FIX testing, monitoring and certification products are used by top-tier financial institutions across five continents and over 20 countries. In the past three years, Greenline's growth has been characterized by the extension of the company's products and Professional Services group beyond the US market into Europe, Asia and South Africa.

Prior to joining Greenline, Mr. Tolman served as Director of Software Development for Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), a private, electronic trading exchange for medical suppliers and their customers. At GHX, he presided over the development of business-to-business trading solutions that included end-to-end electronic trading applications, exchange services, and Web-enabled architectural frameworks.

Mr. Tolman also brings a decade of experience at Deloitte Consulting, where he served as a founding member of the Enterprise Application Integration practice, heading technology mission-critical initiatives for clients across the globe, including several firms within the capital markets space.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Tolman holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Tim WilcoxHead of Sales

As GFT's Director of Business Development, Tim Wilcox's mission is to develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients, as well as to deliver the GFT value proposition to leading financial organizations throughout the world. His responsibilities include client service and support within the America's region, with a special focus on FIX Protocol solutions within electronic trading technologies.

Before joining GFT, Mr. Wilcox spent several years building business relationships in the financial services, capital markets, and insurance industries. He has held account management positions at several prominent organizations, including Risetime Technologies, IBM Education & Training, Chicago Title & Trust, and Federal National Mortgage Association.

Mr. Wilcox holds a B.S. degree in Sales and Marketing from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Gabe SchuetznerChief Software Architect

Gabe Schuetzner serves as Chief Software Architect for GFT electronic trading clients. He brings extensive experience with real-time trading systems development within major financial exchanges and a proven ability to design and deliver robust financial systems within extremely tight timeframes. Such systems include proprietary "black-box" trading systems, exchange gateways, post-trade messaging systems, and GUI-based front-end technology.

Since joining GFT, Mr. Schuetzner has played a key role in the design and development of the company's proprietary VeriFIX and MagniFIX software suites. While with GFT he has also served as a technology consultant to major financial services organizations, including UBS O'Connor and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Mr. Schuetzner holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Josh NardoHead Of Professional Services

Josh oversees all Greenline consulting activities and service offerings. Prior to joining GFT, Josh served a Senior Manger within Cognizant Technology Solutions North American Communications Practice (formerly Fathom Solutions) where he led concurrent global delivery and business development activities across a number of large accounts in both the financial services and communications industries. His results driven acumen focused on improving client performance via operational efficiencies, technology change, channel optimization, and process automation.

In total, Mr. Nardo also brings over 12 years of progressive consulting experience driving technology investment to business strategy and leveraging technology based solutions to drive process improvement. Additional prior experience includes Deloitte Consulting.s Enterprise Technology Integration and Accenture.s Operations Engineering practices. While at Deloitte, Mr. Nardo focused in emerging technology implementation, performance engineering, project recovery management, and acceleration services across Financial Services and Healthcare industries, among others.

Mr. Nardo holds a BS degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Duke University, with international distinction from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
